We are looking for driven graduates to join our team as Graduate Investment Banking Analysts. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training, mentorship from industry professionals, and sponsorship for prestigious certifications, including The Investment Advisor Certification and CFA.

This is an entry-level position offering a structured pathway to develop your career in investment banking. You will gain hands-on experience across various aspects of corporate finance, advisory, and investment management while working alongside experienced professionals in one of London’s most iconic locations.

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on markets, industries, and companies to support client strategies and investment decisions.

• Financial Modelling: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed financial models for valuations, forecasts, and transactions.

• Client Support: Work with senior bankers to deliver tailored solutions for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory.

• Analysis and Reporting: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for internal and client use.

• Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training programme, including on-the-job learning, workshops, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

• Bloomberg Terminal Support: Gain hands-on experience using Bloomberg terminals to analyse financial data and monitor market trends.

• Professional Qualifications: Receive full sponsorship to complete certifications such as The Investment Advisor Certification and CFA.

• A 2:1 or higher in any degree discipline (Finance, Economics, Business, or STEM subjects preferred but not required).

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A proactive, ambitious, and driven mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrable interest in financial markets, investment banking, or corporate finance.

• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial tools is a bonus but not essential.
