What will I be doing as a Production Scheduler / Production Planner?

• As a Production Scheduler / Production Planner you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the manufactured stock levels
• You will negotiate the cost of materials and ensure it is purchased in the most cost-effective method
• You will ensure cost and trend analysis on the manufactured goods
• You will raise and process work and purchase orders
• You will ensure strong communication is kept within all departments i.e. Finance, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and Production
• Any other general ad hoc duties where required

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills & experience

• You have previous experience within a manufacturing background
• You have an analytical approach with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Sage manufacturing system is advantageous however isnt essential for this role
• You have strong communication and decision-making skills
