Role

As s Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in shaping financial operations, driving improvements, and working on exciting projects like implementing new ERP systems and integrating acquisitions, all within a dynamic, supportive environment where your ideas and growth matter.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and support consolidated reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to track work in progress (WIP) and deliver accurate financial insights.
• Understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and maintain precise financial records.
• Drive improvements in finance processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage VAT and UK tax returns with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Be the go-to contact for auditors, contributing to statutory accounts preparation.
• Work on exciting initiatives like rolling out new ERP systems and supporting business growth through acquisitions.

Profile

• ACCA, or CIMA Qualified
• A solid understanding of finance operations, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
