We have a fantastic opening for an IT and Telecoms engineer to join this specialist and highly successful services provider. 

You will play a crucial role in providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for telecom and IT systems, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Technical investigation and trouble shooting and assistance
• Project management and delivery
• Site surveying and site visits
• Installations, configurations and testing.
• Diagnostics and remediation.

Required Skills/Accreditations:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 product suite.
• Excellent independent diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to self-learn
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Must have a clean Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Skills:
• Previous experience in IT support or related industry
• Cabling and structured network experience
