Job Description


  • Processing all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale and ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate
  • Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
  • Keeping customers informed of the progress with their orders
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required, and any reasonable requests made by Management and also attend training courses as required

  • Computer literate with Microsoft office
