The firm are seeking a qualified Conveyancer to support onward growth. About the Residential Conveyancer Role:

As an experienced Conveyancer, you will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be competent in managing their own conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of property transactions and ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion
• Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and internal procedures

Requirements:

• Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualifications, long-established "part- qualified" also considered.
• Proven experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of residential property law
• Ability to handle a diverse and busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a client-focused approach
