Assistant Building Surveyor

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will play a vital role in supporting senior surveyors with a range of building surveying services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of building surveys, reports and schedules of condition.
• Supporting the delivery of dilapidation assessments and project management tasks.
• Preparing specifications and tender documents.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout projects.
• Providing assistance in contract administration and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget.
• Regular site inspections and reporting back on progress, defects, and other key project elements.

Key Requirements:

• An RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
• Some experience in a building surveying role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• An eagerness to progress towards your APC with strong support from the company.
• A keen interest in building surveying across both commercial and residential sectors.
