Reed Financial Services are seeking a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join a highly motivated team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services administration, looking to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards while supporting Financial Planners.
Day-to-day of the role: - Provide advanced business support for Financial Planners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, including the Consumer Duty.
- Compile basic suitability reports from structured templates, such as fund switches and client review letters.
- Prepare research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetings.
- Act as a liaison point for clients and providers, maintaining and updating client information within Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar.
- Pursue personal development to enhance skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Organised and able to work independently, using initiative.
- Numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships.
- Proactive, with the ability to multi-task and search out solutions.
- Competent in report writing, using tools like Morningstar and other industry analysis tools.
- Proficient in back-office systems, preferably Iress Xplan, and MS Office, including Excel.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative role within Financial Services.
Personal Qualities: - Professional and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and efficiency.
- Responsible and courteous manner, with discretion in handling confidential information.
- Capability to manage large workflows.
