Reed Cambridge Business Support is working with a historic tourist attraction. They are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join their team and bring innovative ideas and compelling narratives to life. You will play a crucial role in how they communicate with their audience, creating captivating content across various platforms to engage and convert viewers.

• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and visuals, to support storytelling across multiple channels such as social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content that aligns with our brand guidelines and business goals.
• Manage customer queries via social media and ensure consistent delivery of content by planning and managing a content calendar.
• Analyse content performance using analytics tools to adjust strategies and maximise engagement.
• Design adverts for magazines, newspapers, and assist with planning promotional campaigns.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite for designing literature, including booklets, brochures, and activity sheets.
• Create and collate feedback forms to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
• Design signage for site and marketing purposes and work alongside the Retail Manager to promote retail offers.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Rush, Premier Pro, and InDesign.
• Experience with DSLR photography and drone operation.
• Skilled in managing paid social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimise ROI.
