Corporate Tax Senior

REED Practice are on the lookout for a Corporate Tax Senior to join our client based in High Wycombe. This role is ideal for a bright individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in corporate tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and exploring opportunities for advisory services.
Day to day of the role:
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all corporate tax-related documents.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and resolve queries.
- Provide support on tax advisory projects and assist with research.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to clients and team members.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, contributing to their professional development.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in the use of CCH software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Proactive in identifying compliance issues and opportunities for tax planning.
- Keen interest in developing advisory skills.
