Client Services Director - Creative Agency - London (Hybrid) - £60k

This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving to ensure the success of client projects and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building strong, lasting relationships.
• Lead and mentor the Client Services team to ensure high-quality client experiences and seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, timely project delivery, and addressing client needs.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering creative solutions.
