Finance Operations Manager

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a fast-growth international business, based in Guildford, in their search for a Finance Operations Manager on a 6 month contract.

Salary - £70-80k p/a
Hybrid working - twice a week in Guildford

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement robust financial systems and controls.
• Manage workflows and integrate financial reporting 
• Streamline invoicing and expense management
• Support hiring and onboarding processes for future finance team members.
• Managing a team of two across payments and treasury

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA, ACMA/CIMA
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Experience with rebuilding processes and controls
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
