Production Operator, Larkhall, £25,480 per annum plus overtime (£18.38 + £24.50)

What you'll be doing:

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment: Ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-quality parts and components.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting: Keep production running by identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
• Quality control: Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
• Data management: Recording production data accurately.
• Final preparation: Pack finished products with care, ready for shipping to major automotive brands.

What you can expect:

• A full-time contract with a competitive salary of £25,480 per annum
• Opportunity to work regular overtime at great rates - £18.38 and £24.50 per hour
• A rotational shift pattern working Early, Back & Night Shift
