Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing, ambitious, private equity backed, Manufacturing business based in Leicester, to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:

• Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in strategic planning and business development
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
• Collaborate in budgeting and financial planning processes across various departments
• Lead initiatives to optimise financial performance and efficiency
• Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, enhancing financial understanding and decision-making across the company

The successful Finance Business Partner will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Proven Experience in a Finance Business Partner role
• Strong analytical skills in financial modelling and analysis
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels
