Sales Administrator / Progressor

A dynamic and reputable estate agency is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / Progressor to join their team. The successful candidate will bring expertise in estate agency or conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the legal processes involved in residential property sales. This role requires a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Progress property sales by liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
Effectively manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales.
Accurately update and maintain records on the Alto CRM system, ensuring notes and progress are communicated to relevant parties.
Requirements

Proven experience in estate agency, conveyancing, or a similar administrative role.
Comprehensive understanding of the residential property sales process.
Exceptional people skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and familiar with the local property market.

Competitive salary of £27,000 plus commission.
