Assistant Accountant

Your new company
Our client is a not for profit business in Manchester,looking for a Assistant Accountant to join on a 6month contract, withextension/permanent opportunity for the right person.

Your new role
You will be responsible for;

• Assisting with preparation of budget and forecast
• Prepare and process monthly payments
• Monthly bank reconciliations and managing the month end process
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on monthly basis
• Maintain fixed asset and stock register
• Assist with processing monthly payroll UK and International payroll

What you'll need to succeed

• ACCA part qualified/ Qualified as/working towards AAT or similar
• Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and good understanding of financial processes and procedures
• Experience of working with QuickBooks
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexible, can-do attitude and good team player
