As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that you attract and hire top talent to meet our business needs. You will lead a team of recruiters, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our recruitment policies and enhancing the company brand.

Job Title: Recruitment Team Leader
Location: Hull
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and coach the team to achieve success.
• Ensure team meets KPIs and objectives.
• Manage team workload and prioritize tasks.
• Drive business development and manage new relationships.
• Analyse revenue reports and communicate performance.
• Hold regular team meetings.
• Ensure compliance and accurate candidate availability.
• Support senior management with strategy and business improvement.
