We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Valuer to join our client's dynamic property team. As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a key role in our lettings department by valuing properties, building strong relationships with landlords and ensuring a seamless process for letting properties. This position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the property market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for rental purposes.

• Provide expert advice to landlords on market trends and achievable rental income.

• Prepare and present valuation reports to potential landlords.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, offering expert advice and support.
• ???????Address queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Work to secure new business opportunities through networking and proactive marketing.
• Stay updated on local market trends, rental demand and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the lettings team to market properties effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a lettings or property-related role.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and current rental trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a busy workload..
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
