Finance Systems Project Manager

A prominent Housing Association is looking for a Finance Systems Project Manager to join their collaborative, passionate team.

The organisation believe that having good quality homes can transform the lives of people and their communities. They aim to provide and promotes homes and neighbourhoods that welcome and include everyone.

The organisation is looking for a Finance Systems Lead to help deliver on a P2P implementation for a period of around 6 months.

Role:

• Data migration including supplier details, user authorisation and limits etc
• Process mapping and documentation and user acceptance testing of the software
• Preparation and delivery of user training and documentation
• Review of current Housing System, making improvements to processes
• Hands on in providing direction and support to the team, liaising with IT and managing the relationship with suppliers, and user community across the business

Requirements:

• Experience of implementing and operational usage of P2P systems
• Part Qualified Accountant (Housing desirable but not essential)
• Ability to manage the project, have excellent communication skills to communicate with the business to make the system part of the organisations operational DNA
• Confident reviewing current systems and delivering improvements
