As a Trainee Insurance Technician, you will gain valuable insights and hands-on experience supporting the efficiency of claims processes and technical operations, under the guidance of experienced professionals. Your work will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of the wider organisation.

Your role will provide you with valuable exposure to a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Assisting in preparing, issuing, and maintaining insurance policies and related documentation
• Updating and maintaining records of policy terms, renewals, and endorsements
• Responding to client inquiries and providing administrative support to senior team members
• Helping process claims by gathering and organising necessary documentation
• Inputting and reviewing insurance details in the company’s database
• Ensuring all documentation and processes adhere to industry regulations
• Preparing routine reports and summaries related to policies, claims, or operations

Essentials for the Role
We are looking for individuals who:
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Have IT literacy and proficiency with relevant software
• Showcase strong numerical skills and the ability to manage data effectively
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
• Focus on achieving results and meeting objectives

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues
• Possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in claims handling (preferable)
