Finance Analyst- Basingstoke (Hybrid)- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified- Up to £60,000 + Benefits 

About Our Client

I am currently partnering with an industry-leading group in the housing sector to recruit a Finance Analyst. This hands-on role offers a blend of group reporting and commercial exposure within a large scale group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collating and analysing financial and non-financial data, performing tasks like trend reporting and variance analysis to help drive business performance.
• Leading on key monthly timetable.
• Creation of the MI Pack - leading commentary and analysis.
• Incorporating POWER BI to support reports and models to support business decisions.
• Partnering with business leads to reduce costs and improve financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances and trends
• Using analysis and reporting to play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, business planning and monthly close

What we need from you:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
• Experience in a group or blue-chip organisation.
• Strong technical background.
• Excellent communication skills, with extensive experience in senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Basingstoke.
• Any experience with PowerBI would be advantageous but isn't essential
