- NQ-3 PQE
- Career progression opportunities
- Supportive environment
- Unique benefits package including enhanced leave and wellness plans
A highly respected firm known for its dedication to serious injury cases is seeking an energetic and compassionate NQ-3 PQE Solicitor to join their Manchester team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone from a Personal Injury background in lower-value multi-track work to advance into handling high-value, complex cases, including brain and spinal injuries.
In return, this role comes with an attractive salary range plus a generous comprehensive benefits package. You'll benefit from exceptional career progression routes and enjoy flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of three days each week spent in the office for developmental support.
The successful candidate will initially assist with cases, transitioning to managing their own caseload as they grow in confidence and experience. Working within a small and supportive team, you'll contribute to a leading personal injury practice renowned for its client-focused approach, representing clients with severe injuries and helping them navigate through their legal journeys.
You should have solid experience in time recording and meeting targets, and a deep passion for client care and human rights. Previous experience in multi-track or fast-track personal injury work with a claimant focus is essential, while a transfer from comparable firms known for their excellence in this sector is highly desirable.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a tangible difference in a supportive and dynamic environment, this opportunity may well be the perfect fit for you.
