Assistant Accountant - Leeds I £26,000 to £30,000 - Hybrid Working after training period - plus full study support

The Job

• Manage and reconcile the bank accounts for all UK entities
• Reconcile stock accounts for all UK divisions and investigate any discrepancies
• Monthly accruals and prepayments
• Post and reconcile all recharges for the business
• Manage the logistics spend
• Maintain Capex forms
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Investigate and manage balance sheet differences
• Prepare Audit and SOX evidence
• Cashier cover
• Ad hoc and project work as required

• Be studying towards a qualification – CIMA or ACCA or AAT and looking to take the next steps
• Technically adept
• Commercially astute
• Driven to improve processes and improved ways of working
• Driven and motivated
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills – able to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Organised and able to work accurately
• Professional and engaging
