We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Broker to join our dynamic brokerage team. As a Junior Broker, you will support senior brokers in managing client accounts, executing trades, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support and Relationship Management:

    • Assist senior brokers in managing and maintaining client relationships.
    • Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding their accounts and transactions.
    • Support the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Trade Execution:

    • Execute trades on behalf of clients under the supervision of senior brokers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client instructions.
    • Monitor market conditions and update senior brokers on relevant news and trends that could impact client portfolios.
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of trading strategies, including conducting basic research and analysis.
  • Account Management:

    • Help manage client portfolios, ensuring that all client information is up to date and accurate.
    • Prepare and distribute account statements, transaction reports, and other relevant documentation to clients.
    • Track and report on client account performance, identifying opportunities for portfolio adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably within a brokerage or trading environment.
    • Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with trading platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
