Sales and Customer Service Executive

Duties:

• Order processing via phone & email
• Remain up to date with product knowledge- answer customer questions on products
• Introduce new products to customers
• Offer and follow up on samples requests
• Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
• Upselling and cross selling to new and existing customers
• Operate the Live Chat System
• Account manage any accounts that are handed over to you by Senior Management
• Mailshots to existing and / or new customers
• Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new product
