Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and install farming equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Preventative maintenance of farming machinery and related equipment.
- Out-of-hours technical service on a rota basis.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and represent the team positively.
- Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
About You:
- A mechanical background with an electrical bias.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills (training provided for the right candidate).
- Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or pneumatics (advantageous).
- Refrigeration or welding skills (desirable but not essential).
- Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised, and flexible approach to work.
- A clean full UK driving license.
