Description
- Ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area.
- Assist management allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift plans are followed and production KPI's are on track
- Lead and manage the engineering and manufacturing team
- Implement safety and quality control measures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Profile
A successful Team Leader should have:
- Proven experience in a team leadership role within the manufacturing industry
- Mechanical assembly experience and electrical knowledge
- Strong knowledge of safety and quality control measures
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Job Offer
- £32,000 per annum
- Working hours - 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- 5% Bonus
- Overtime - 1.5 x Mon to Sat and 2 x Sun
