Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (Dependant on experience)
 
We have a position available for an experienced General Manager to head up a well-established division on a full-time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities
- Managing successful, long-term contracts to safely operate marine and other petrochemical terminals within the UK
- Fostering collaborative working with clients and our’ own management teams to maintain and continuously improve good working relationships and practices
- Management of company team managers remotely
- Ensuring that training and, team and individual performance and succession planning is delivered effectively throughout the organisation and to the highest of standards.
- Ownership of P&L across multiple sites, including delegation and governance of budgets to Colleagues. Derive, develop, and deliver reporting on business performance.
- Proactively seeking out potential new business within and adjacent to the petrochemical sector to grow the business
- Candidates must be able to travel across the UK to visit sites
