Are you passionate about enhancing shopper engagement and brand visibility?
In this critical role, you will spearhead the development and execution of retail media strategies, boosting shopper engagement and driving sales growth in the UK and Ireland Managing one direct report, you will collaborate with marketing agencies, brand and retail clients, and internal teams to optimise media spend, improve both in-store and online shopper experiences, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise media spending to increase efficiency and impact across the UK and Irish markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in omni-channel retail, marketing agencies, and brand and retail clients.
- Evaluate campaign and activation impacts to refine strategies continuously
- Oversee and track budgets to maximize ROI and maintain financial oversight
- Identify key shopper insights and trends to develop strategies aligned with brand goals and retail partner objectives.
- Develop and manage media marketing campaigns to enhance the company's name, brand, product, and story to be featured in both traditional modern media formats incorporating digital ads, in-store displays, promotions and events
- Work with the marketing and graphic designers’ teams to create impactful materials that resonate with shoppers
- Conduct data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate reports on performance, shopper behaviour, and ROI to guide data-driven decisions and future strategies.
- Budget Management to ensure optimal resource allocation to maximise the impact of campaigns.
Experience Required
- Over 5 years of experience in FMCG shopper marketing
- Proven track record of managing third-party retailer media agencies
- Experience in line management
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with matrix-based working environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen
