Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative procurement strategies that align with company objectives and enhance purchasing quality
• Oversee the full procurement cycle, securing the best contracts and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality
• Be the key point of contact for suppliers, ensuring high performance and nurturing long-term, effective relationships
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, inspiring others to achieve shared goals and driving collective success

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
• Exceptional negotiation skills to securing advantageous deals
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating a high-performing team
• Proactive and solution-focused, with a track record of overcoming challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
