A leading player in the industrial manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated maintenance team within a manufacturing environment , ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Skills required for the Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager:

• Extensive hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least a Level 3 qualification in Engineering or a related field.
• Hands on maintenance experience and knowledge 
• Experience in implementing changes to team dynamics to improve performance.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, train, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, such as IOSH or equivalent management courses.
