Your role will involve managing customer orders from the order stage through to delivery, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system. Additionally, you will prepare delivery packs, handle vehicle invoicing, and scan and file customer files. Daily reporting to the team leader on booking activity will be required, as well as managing challenging customers, including those with communication difficulties. You will also engage with both retail and business customers. This overview outlines the key responsibilities of the role, though it is not an exhaustive list.

THE ROLE:

  • Manage customer orders from order stage to delivery, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
  • Produce daily documents for vehicle taxation and customer correspondence using Excel and in-house CRM.
  • Prepare delivery packs, handle vehicle invoicing, and scan and file customer files.
  • Report daily booking activity to the team leader and assist with both retail and business customers.
  • Manage challenging customers, including those with communication difficulties.

THE PERSON:

  • Customer service or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAGE 200
  • Commutable to Thatcham
