Job Title : Senior Travel and Accommodation Administrator

Location: Exeter

Salary: £26k-£27k DOE plus generous performance related bonuses!

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm - hybrid working available, 3 days in office, 2 at home

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements for VIP and Group booking guests, including transportation, accommodation, and any special requests with exceptional care
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings and negotiate favourable rates
  • Provide a personalised and efficient accommodation search and booking experience, offering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Mentor a small team to meet or exceed induvial, team and company- wide targets
  • Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Deliver relevant and up-to-date information to support a positive booking experience

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality/travel industry or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and upholding of company values
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and service providers
  • Proficient in using IT to include Microsoft Office products and CRMS.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and work well under pressure
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive 'can do' attitude and desire for personal and professional development
