Part-time Bookkeeper

Looking for a flexible part-time role where you can have a 4-day weekend?

(18-20 hours a week, over 3 days)

We’ve been asked to recruit a part-time Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant for a company based in Rugby.

Reporting into the Directors, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the accounts department.

This is a standalone role in a small company who have been trading for over 20 years.

Below is a small overview of what you’ll be doing;

• Purchase/sales ledger
• Weekly payroll
• Dealing with suppliers/invoices/credit control
• Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Month end

The system they use is QuickBooks, ideally, you’ll have experience of using this.
