Recruitment Officer

Immediate start: Are you a skilled and experienced recruitment administrator looking for a new challenge? Were recruiting for a recruitment officer to join a company based in Eccles on a 3-month fixed term contract. The role is paying GBP26,000 per annum with no weekends and hybrid working up two days from home.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select top talent for a variety of positions within the organisation. You will play a key role in shaping the company's workforce and driving its success.

What will you be doing as a Recruitment Administrator?

• Handling calls and making outbound calls to candidates.
• Sourcing candidates and matching them up to job roles.
• Screening candidates to qualify them for the position.
• Short listening candidates and presenting them to the hiring managers.
• Right to work and reference checks.
• Asist in any HR related duties.
• Supporting administration
• Attending HR disciplinary meetings, note taking and typing up the notes from these meetings
