Sales Account Manager required for a well-established supplier of both standard and bespoke products to the hospitality industries, based in the Bury area.
Sales Account Manager Job Overview - Develop, build and maintaining relationships with clients - you will be a first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders.
- Liaise with clients regarding orders, including providing detailed product and pricing information, producing specifications and quotations.
- Liaise between our internal team and the client regarding design and artwork for final orders specification
- Be involved with the processing and organising of the order with the production team, and ensuring the order is on track through to delivery
- Upsell accompanying products to increase the revenue per client
Sales Account Manager Job Requirements - Experience in account management, ordering processes and working with Suppliers
- Have strong customer service skills and be an effective communicator
- Highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, whilst remaining accurate and attentive to detail
- A desire to excel, to meet and beat targets consistently
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft
- Must have excellent written English / Mathematical skills and telephone manner
Sales Account Manager Salary & Benefits - Starting salary £24,000 - £30,000 + Performance related bonus scheme
- Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00 - 17:00. Permanent position.
