Are you an engineer passionate about leading projects from concept to production? We’re looking for a Project Engineer to drive the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and timelines are met. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and operations, making sure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description 

• Project Coordination: Capture customer requirements, define objectives, and set milestones using a stage-gate approach.
• Documentation: Create and manage project documents (Gantt charts, Risk Registers) for easy stakeholder access.
• Monitoring: Track project scope, performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in design meetings and help generate essential project documents (manuals, SOPs).
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct audits, ensure QMS adherence, and lead Root Cause Analysis.
• Performance: Oversee project transitions into production and recommend improvements based on performance data

• Degree in Engineering or technical apprenticeship with 2+ years managing engineering projects.
• Previous experience working within an engineering/manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Ability to travel (UK & international) and a valid UK driving license.
