Job Title: General Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Location: Canterbury or Margate

Overview:

My client, a leading Legal 500 regional firm with multiple offices across Kent are seeking an experienced Litigation all-rounder to join a widely respected Litigation team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience across both civil and commercial litigation and will be able to manage a busy caseload while also supporting more junior team members.

Duties include:

• Managing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters including but not limited to;
  
  
  • Employment matters
  • Property law – including landlord and tenant
  • Probate and will disputes
  • Boundary disputes
• Frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court
• Assisting with the investigation and litigation of complex cases
• Drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts

The successful candidate will have/be:

• 3+ years PQE
• Experience across both commercial and civil litigation
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• Commercially astute and technically strong

Package:

• £50,000 - £65,000
