A market-leading HVAC business is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join the warehouse team handling Goods In/Out in the Greater Southampton area.
Your Role:
- Preparing equipment for the hire fleet
- Undertaking stock keeping duties using the computer system to support this management
- Ensuring that ancillary equipment is prepared in order to meet customer orders
- Receiving, handling, storing and recording goods coming into the warehouse/store
- Checking incoming goods for damage or any discrepancies between the invoice and received goods
- Organising dispatches for outgoing goods as needed via orders
- Operating warehouse machinery as per instruction, safety rules and guidelines
You MUST Have:

- Previous experience in warehouse stores
- Hold a UK driving license and also a B2 Forklift license
- Qualification in Health & Safety in the production environment
- Possesses good communication skills
- Sound computer literacy
- Good general knowledge of supply chains and logistics
Your Opportunity:This is a leading business within the HVAC manufacturing and engineering sector, and has built up not only a substantial presence but also a large customer base, all with varying needs. The position holder will be joining the warehouse team to support the maintenance of the inventory in order to meet customer expectations.
For the successful candidate, a starting salary of up to around £30,000, dependant on previous experience will be on offer, alongside a strong rewards package including holiday, pension and employee offerings as well as additional benefits and incentives.
