Are you a Project Manager or similar from a Pre-Construction background looking for a dynamic role where you will undertake end-to-end project work on varied Retail projects within a well-established consultancy who pride themselves on ongoing development of staff offering progression right through to directorship?

This well-established Consultancy work in numerous sectors, primarily retail and have a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £12m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever increasing workload.

In this varied role you will be responsible for seeing projects from inception through to completion, primarily within the retail sector (70%), you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase and then also be responsible for liaising with clients, other departments and key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with some site visitation nationwide and occasional staying away.

This varied role would suit a Project Manager or similar from a Pre-Construction background looking for an autonomous role working on a range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Lead varied projects primarily within the Retail sector
• Work within the PM team, and liaise closely with the cost management team, stakeholders and clients
• Work on pre-construction phase
• Responsible for delivery on time and within budget
• Flexible and Hybrid working available

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Pre-Construction / Retail background
• Full Driving Licence - happy to travel
