What You Will Do:

• Efficiently administer samples for scientific analysis, ensuring precision and adherence to protocols.
• Create detailed records, assign analytical tests, and allocate samples for analysis while maintaining a strict chain-of-custody for controlled samples.
• Input results with accuracy and liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to lab administration, housekeeping activities, and uphold laboratory-set quality standards.
• Assist with routine checks/calibrations and manage control documentation to ensure compliance with current standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong background in an administrative support role.
• Experience in a scientific or technical environment would be preferred, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with basic lab equipment.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of working on multiple activities concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
• A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific discipline.
