The role will offer strategic decision-making support to the business through routine processes and ad-hoc analyses, delivering clear and transparent insights. Additionally, facilitate the assessment of new growth opportunities for the organisation.

Candidates must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a commercial mindset, strong analytical & excel skills with outstanding verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive Strategic and Operational Performance Reporting
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to Provide Insights
• Integrate Actuarial, Pricing, and Data Insights
• Ensure Data Integrity and System Development
• Support the Annual Planning Process
• Collaborate with Finance Leadership
• Develop and Mentor Junior Team Members
