Description

The HRBP will:

• Support the Senior HRBP to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Coach line manager to drive capability and performance.
• Support on complex employee relations cases.
• Partner with leadership teams to support several different business units.

Profile

A successful HRBP should have:

• Proven working experience as HRBP within an engineering/ warehouse/ factory/ distribution/ production environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
