RETAIL MERCHANDISING MANAGER - FINE JEWELLERY 

LUXURY LIFETSYLE HOUSE

• Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, fine jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse competitors trends / price positioning 
• Monitor sales performance through both quantitative analyses and qualitative feedbacks and work closely with Retail Merchandising Director to update sales forecasts
• Undertake detailed analyses to understand business opportunities and risks 
• Optimise every opportunity to move stock throughout the business reducing the financial impact of depreciating goods
• Propose a buying strategy and support physical stores in their freedom of buying
• Work closely with Visual Merchandiser to optimise products visibility and ensure products are given the right level of exposure in stores’ display and windows

Qualities:

• Ideally 7 years of Retail merchandise / planning experience, with strong people managemnent skills
• Ideally within a retail environment, specifically within fine jewellery
• Highly analytical with exceptional organisational, communication and presentation skills
• Commercially aware with a passion for luxury
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• To have an excellent influential and negotiating approach
• Highly analytical but empathic when sharing with others 
• Team player, with excellent communicational skills

Offering:

• Basic salary offering up to £76,000
