• Position: Science Teacher
• Location: Southend-On-Sea
• Start Date: January 2025
• Salary: In line with the Fringe Teachers Pay Scale
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Science across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5 Physics.
  • Assess students against learning outcomes and support all groups to achieve their potential.
  • Challenge and inspire students to excel academically while fostering personal and spiritual growth.

• A Science Teacher with excellent subject knowledge and strong teaching skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
• A commitment to raising attainment and maintaining high-quality provision.
• Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and those aspiring to middle leadership roles.
