Sports Coach

Sports Coach - Lancaster

Prospero Teaching are looking for a sports coach or PE assistant to start a new challenge and join one of our SEN schools near to Lancaster. This is a full time position to start in Janaury, supporting children aged 4-18. This role requires someone with a sports background and relevant experience.

Position Details:

• Position: Sports Coach
• Location: Lancaster
• Hours: 8:20am-3:20pm
• Type of Work: Temporary
• Full time/part time: Full time only
• Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience
• Start date: Jan 2025
• End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with sports or PE
• Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
• Confident in leading PE for small groups
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
