Company Overview - Project Manager (Smoke Ventilation Systems)

Our Client are currently looking for a Project Manager (Smoke Ventilation Systems) to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

They are currently entering another period of growth and are looking to expand their team to keep up with high customer demand.

Project Manager (Smoke Ventilation Systems) Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of smoke ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with designs and safety standards.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Management of Health & Safety aspects on assigned projects including the assessment and producing of RAMS.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and ensure proper handover upon completion.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including final budget review and project closing.
• Efficiently procure and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution.

Project Manager (Smoke Ventilation Systems)Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in project management within smoke ventilation, HVAC, or related industries.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and building client relationships.
• Ability to read drawings and plan approach to project to completion.
• A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential)
• Construction or site experience desired.
