• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The Role
In this permanent, full-time position, you'll play a key role in the finance team by handling diverse responsibilities to ensure smooth financial operations. Your tasks will include:

• Managing and processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring data accuracy within financial systems.
• Preparing invoices and credit notes in line with established guidelines.
• Handling customer communications, including follow-ups and resolving queries promptly.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the department.
