Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Oakham, LE15

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Shift: 05:45am - 2:15pm Mon - Fri (40 hours per week)

Benefits: Free onsite parking + weekly pay + £100 completion bonus

The Company:

A well-established manufacturer of powered systems.

The Warehouse Operative Role:

Due to an immediate project through January, the company has an urgent need for up to 5 Warehouse Operatives to work an early shift for up to 4 weeks. The day to day duties will include:

• Manual Handling.
• Assembly of products.
• Spraying parts if necessary.

The Candidate:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem solver and team player, also able to use initiative.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good work ethic.
• Excels at operating at a fast pace.
