Export Sales Administrator

Are you a recent Graduate looking to establish yourself within a reputable organisation with training and career progression?

Our client is looking for an Export Sales Co-ordinator to join their expanding team based in WGC, specialising in the Aerospace industry.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with the Account Manager's order books and sending task lists to the appropriate account managers with what they need to investigate and resolve
• Working closely with account managers regarding sales accounts, covering each others duties during holidays and growing sales as a joint effort
• Entering quotations onto the system
• Processing orders
• Identify and source parts from a wide range of global suppliers and manufacturers following customers enquiries
• Other administrative duties where required
